The Waqaf Gaza Residential Apartment Development project is implemented to provide assistance and opportunities to the Palestinian people in the form of a more permanent and sustainable impact, which is to provide them with new residential units. This project creates more than 20 job opportunities for skilled laborers in the Gaza area during the construction process, as well as job opportunities for skilled/semi-skilled workers for post-construction services.
This project is a collaboration between MyAD and the Consultative Council of Malaysian Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) with a fund of RM2,000,000.00 which targets the construction of 2 waqf apartment blocks. A total of 441 beneficiaries (63 families) are expected to receive direct benefits through this project.
