Relief Mission Program was implemented immediately as a starting point for the togetherness of all stakeholders in MyAqsa Defenders (MyAD) as a humanitarian movement that does not focus on global issues alone but empowers local issues such as natural disasters and so on. The main objective of this program is to coordinate volunteer among NGO coalitions, gather support to help flood victims affected by the floods around the Klang Valley in the recovery phase from the perspective of cleaning (Wash), psychosocial, and micro needs (Micro-needs).
This program took place from 23 to 30 December 2021 for cleaning activities (Wash) during 4 phases located at Taman Sri Nanding and Kampung Sungai Lui (Hulu Langat), Kampung Bukit Lanchong (Subang Jaya), Taman Sri Muda, SMK Sri Muda, KAFA & SK Sri Muda (Shah Alam). In addition, MyAD has held #MyADwaves on the last day of aid where several MyADcoalition participated in the cleanup (wash) activity. Among the NGO coalition involved are Muslim Volunteer Malaysia (MVM), Global Peace Mission (GPM), Cinta Gaza Malaysia (GPM), Cinta Syria Malaysia (CSM) and Cakna Palestin.
